The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee just launched a new campaign attack claiming that I have "changed."

Friend, I want to be absolutely clear. I have never wavered from my principles since Day One of serving Maine in the US Senate.

I stay true to my values.
I am not swayed by partisan attacks.
I am independent minded.
I am a Mainer through and through.

This is who I am -- and who I will always be -- while serving the great State of Maine.

My opponents aren't running a campaign against my policies or track record; instead, they are running a campaign based on blatantly false attacks and unfair character assassinations.

I will make this promise to you: no matter how hard the Left goes after me, no matter how hard they try to bring me down, I will fight back. But Friend, I need your support to get to the finish line.
