The Virginia and New Jersey state legislatures are up for grabs in 2023, and both are CRITICAL to protecting abortion access.

Democrats control the New Jersey legislature, but Virginia is another story — and with anti-choice extremist Glenn Youngkin as Governor, abortion rights are at risk.

We need to stockpile resources to elect pro-choice lawmakers in NJ and VA in 2023, and we NEED your help, John.

Will you RUSH $25 to our 2023 Battleground Fund to protect abortion access in Virginia and New Jersey? Anti-choice extremists are looking for every opportunity to strip us of our rights, and we have to fight back.

Abortion rights are also on the ballot in Kentucky, as pro-choice Democratic Governor Andy Beshear is up for re-election.

Governor Beshear has fought against abortion bans, but a GOP governor would be a nightmare for reproductive rights.

The Midterms proved there’s a pro-choice majority in this country, but anti-choice extremists aren’t giving up. So, neither can we.

To protect abortion access in 2023, we need to win big and elect pro-choice lawmakers in Kentucky, Virginia, and New Jersey. Will you chip in $25 to our 2023 Battleground Fund ASAP?

When it comes to abortion access, there are no off-years, John.

We won in 2022, but now that we’ve caught our breath, we MUST prepare for 2023.

Thank you,
