We JUST defeated a city council when we caught them red-handed banning pro-life witnesses because they "would give biased opinions" and the city council "didn't need a circus." We flew in, hand-delivered a demand letter, and confronted the city council over their constitutional violations.

This week, we returned to the city council where our clients were able to testify as planned in opposition to a gruesome partial-birth abortionist, securing a major victory for the First Amendment and life.

But our next deadlines are looming as we battle nearly a dozen active abortion cases right now.
