Voters just made it exceedingly clear that they believe abortion is a fundamental right — the right to make our own health care decisions and the freedom to start our families on our terms.

But right now, anti-abortion extremists are shifting their strategy in ways that could impact access to abortion nationwide — including in states where abortion is legal.

Texas anti-abortion activists are suing the FDA to overturn federal approval of mifepristone (a drug used in medication abortions), potentially ending access to medication abortion nationwide.

With this court case and others like it, it’s clear that this is the next phase of the battle for anti-abortion extremists. And I need your help to keep up the momentum for reproductive freedom. Because john, this fight isn’t going away.

We must organize together to stop the relentless efforts by anti-abortion extremists that undermine the ability of women to access proven, safe, and effective reproductive health care.

Of the one in four women who will have an abortion, more than half will use medication abortion.

It has been used safely and legally in the United States since FDA approval more than 20 years ago, and can be prescribed without an in-person visit, can be taken in a patient’s home, and can be sent through the mail.

But anti-abortion extremists are working overtime to take away the right to abortion by any means necessary.
