Breathe Southern California is looking for individuals to participate in its 2022 Community Asthma Needs Assessment.
This survey will assess the needs of those living in the Southern California region with asthma, help prioritize their unmet health needs, and act as the foundation for future asthma initiatives.
There is still a chance for you to enter the $25 Target gift card raffle for December by conducting the Community Asthma Needs Assessment.
