25 Cities where immigrants are thriving, and 25 cities immigrants are leaving
The Bush Institute-SMU Economic Growth Initiative’s new report, Immigrants and Opportunity in America’s Cities, reveals that immigrants continue to settle in places like Miami, New York, and Houston when they arrive. However, if making secondary moves within the United States, immigrants choose the same cities as native-born people – metros with relatively affordable housing and growth-friendly business and tax policies.
