Guidelines for Public Comment Period: The Public Comment Period of the agenda provides an opportunity to address the Council on items which are not on the agenda. All are welcome to speak.

Comments should be directed to the Mayor. Comments will be limited to three minutes per person and topic; presentations which are longer than three minutes will need to be scheduled with the City Clerk to appear on a future City Council agenda.?

Public comments may not be used to air personal attacks, to make political endorsements, or for political campaign purposes. Council members will not enter into a dialogue, nor will any decisions be made at that presentation.

Questions from the Council will be for clarification only. If appropriate, the Mayor may assign staff for follow up to the issues raised or occasionally called on to respond.
