It has been a little over one month since Election Day and I am as busy as ever! 

One month from today, I hope you will join me for my Swearing In as the 34th Comptroller! Please join us the morning of January 16th to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by participating in service projects across the state (RSVP here). Later that day, the official Swearing In ceremony will take place and you can RSVP to attend here.

Before I am sworn in, we have so much to do! I was pleased to name our transition committee co-chairs and six work groups focused on 1)Procurement & the Board of Public Works, 2) Tax Administration & Customer Engagement, 3) Data & Innovation, 4) Pensions, 5) Public Engagement, and 6) Local Government Engagement. Each work group is chaired by experts in the respective subject areas and represents a bipartisan, broad array of Marylanders. The complete transition roster can be viewed here. 

And while I am incredibly excited to see the ideas these work groups will develop, I also want to hear from you! Please submit your ideas directly to me HERE! 

I look forward to reading every comment submitted and our work groups do too! We want to hear from you about what is working as well as what we need to improve. No idea is too big or too small. I hope you will take a few minutes to submit your feedback and encourage your friends and family to do the same.
