I hope you’ve had a chance to read my recent letter.
You see, you helped win some huge victories for liberty in 2022 through your support of the Pacific Research Institute.
Together you and I did everything from successfully countering the push for single-payer health care in California to achieving major breakthroughs for educational freedom around the country.
Below is a brief visual summary of PRI “By the Numbers” with highlights of our 2022 accomplishments.
So my question to you is simple: can we build on this momentum in 2023?
For over four decades PRI has set the gold standard for principled and effective defense and promotion of liberty, property rights, and human flourishing—the ideals that you and I care about and work so hard to defend and promote.
In 2022, you played a major role in:
Educating Americans on the problems with proposals for single-payer health care at the national level and in states like California, where a state-based "Medicare for All" bill failed in the state Assembly in late January.
Empowering public school board members to put parents and students first through PRI's School Board Training conferences, which ensure that school board members are equipped with the resources necessary to win debates over “woke” curriculum and other important policies.
Launching the Free Cities Center at PRI, which address challenges facing cities throughout California and other West Coast states: rising crime, soaring housing costs, and a sprawling homelessness crisis. On Sunday, the Orange County Register published a spread of five editorials by PRI scholars.
In 2023, you can take all this work to next level with PRI. I hope that you will read my letter and respond as generously as you can to the Reclaiming Liberty Campaign.
Thank you for your support of PRI. I look forward to continuing our partnership and winning new victories for freedom in 2023.
