John, enough is enough.
Earlier this week, Marjorie Taylor Green — a sitting member of Congress —boasted about how if she and Steve Bannon planned the January 6 attack on our democracy, they would have "won".
The January 6 attack will go down in history as one of the most abhorrent and traitorous events of our political generation — and Marjorie continues to proudly align herself with the poisonous ideals and incitements to violence that led us to that event.
We need to expel Marjorie Taylor Greene from Congress — immediately — and that's exactly what I am trying to do. But I need your support to make this happen. Will you add your name to stand with me as we collectively call for Marjorie Taylor Greene's expulsion from Congress?
Marjorie Taylor Greene has shown us plenty of times that she is willing to do, say, and sacrifice anything for her twisted MAGA supporters' approval. That's why I and many other progressive leaders took the bold first step in spearheading the COUP Act in efforts to investigate January 6 and the people who made it a reality.
What's more, Greene's continuation in Congress only further perpetuates her vitriolic hate speech against not only our basic rights, but also the people who make our country as beautiful as it is today.
When we are elected as Representatives to Congress, we take an oath to protect the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic. Marjorie Taylor Greene is an enemy of the Constitution and of our country and she should be expelled from Congress.
