California And Bernie Sanders a Snug Political Fit

There was no indication if the number of California endorsements is more or less relative to those from other states. But the Sanders’ campaign website lists endorsements by state, and no other, not Massachusetts, not New York, not Illinois, has nearly as many.

If you thought that Obamacare’s health insurance mandate was an old acquaintance long forgotten – not so.  It’s back for Californians.  Residents who don’t have health insurance for themselves or their dependents will be subject to a penalty unless they fall into one of the exemptions.

Assembly Bill 5 Demolishes Autonomous Driving as Biggest Trucking Threat

The regulatory sucker punch from state lawmakers and the governor came last fall with the passage of Assembly Bill 5. Truck drivers were one of the many classifications of workers that did not receive an exemption from the new law. It’s no surprise that many truck drivers and the firms that employ them are not Fortune 500 companies.
