I’m proud to share that Congress just passed a major bill that includes life-saving pro-Israel initiatives. Every year, AIPAC lobbies the House and Senate to authorize funding for vital programs that help keep Israelis safe and America strong.
AIPAC-backed initiatives in this year’s National Defense Authorization Act include:
$500 million for U.S.-Israel missile defense cooperation
$40 million for U.S.-Israel counter-drone cooperation(up from $25 million last year)
The DEFEND Act, which promotes regional missile defense cooperation between the U.S., Israel and its Arab partners
