We still can’t let up though. We have shifted our messaging to call for our reps to block any budget that doesn't explicitly block this rule change, so even if you've already taken action, please continue to do so!

We cannot let them get any reprieve until this rule change is killed.



Up to 40 million people are at risk of serious consequences if this is allowed to stay the course, and all of us lose with the precedent that it will reinforce. The ATF, the administration, and every other federal agency think that this is the new standard. As soon as they find something they don't like, they can just interpret the law in a way that conforms to their agenda, changing definitions and rules as they see fit, and bypassing the legislative process and procedures that our constitution demands.



These tyrants will stop at nothing to see this go through, but that cannot be allowed to stand.

This fight will not cease here, even when we get the ATF’s rule struck down. It is in the nature of tyrants and authoritarians to deprive the people of their rights, specifically those natural rights that stand to help them oppose their machinations.







Regardless of their posturing, they know the people will never be disarmed, but that will not stop them from trying.



For now, this is our fight, and we will see it to the end.
