Make a tax-deductible donation for Palestine this giving season Dear Email, Here we are wrapping up another year. Another year of Palestine under occupation. Another year of brutality against the Palestinian people. This year was the latest in nearly 75 years of continuous ethnic cleansing of our beloved Palestine. 2022 has had its challenges for Palestinians: Israeli occupation forces attacked Masjid Al Aqsa, bombed Gaza massacring over 50 people, killed 53 children, and murdered two Palestinian Americans, including journalist Shireen Abu-Akleh. This year the Israeli military escalated its aggression in the West Bank in ways we haven’t seen since the 2nd intifada. All of this unfolded while the Biden administration continues its complicity in these crimes by sending $3.8B in military funds to Israel this year when Americans don’t support these crimes. But even with such a difficult year, the movement for Palestine has risen to the occasion and is stronger than ever. |

Through every challenge, AMP has fought back! We took the lead on the grassroots level, the policy front, and on social and mainstream media. We toured the country educating the community on the work for Palestine, led campaigns for Palestinain-Americans murdered by Israel, and galvanized tens of thousands of Americans to take to the streets for Gaza. Through our efforts and the efforts of our movement partners, we saw people across the U.S. and around the globe stand up for Palestinian rights. We watched the Palestinian flag fly high at the World Cup and fans from around the world show the Palestinian spirit in the face of Israeli media. And we watched the popular streaming service, Netflix, give a platform to the authentic Nakba film “Farha.” And we even saw elected officials respond to our campaigns, resulting in the FBI opening an investigation into the murder of Shireen Abu-Akleh. |

Our successes did not end there. We hosted our 15th annual convention, the nation's largest gathering for Palestine, grew our grassroots base and opened new chapters, and built on our long support of local student organizations. And when Disney’s Marvel announced their featuring of an Israeli Mossad agent in a superhero film, we made our objection loud and clear by running a viral social media campaign that generated over 22,000 petition signatures. Now we’re leading a coalition of organizations to meet with Disney and Marvel urging them to cancel the character. There’s no question that we expanded the work for Palestine in America. We opened new frontiers, educated people, and advocated for Palestinian rights in ways never imagined. With supporters like you by our side, we’ve been able to surpass expectations, and with your continued support, we are determined to win this fight and change American foreign policy. Kindly consider making a tax-deductible end-of-year donation today so that this work can continue to grow until we achieve justice for the people of Palestine. |
