That’s why our Contest Every Race program is recruiting in states like Louisiana, Missouri, and West Virginia right now. Each state holds elections in 2023 for important state and local positions.

We know we can’t win races where progressive aren’t running. So if we give up any state at all, we’re giving Republicans an unacceptable advantage.

Louisiana has a Democratic governor, and we hope to help local Democrats hold that seat while making other gains statewide.
