Hello and Happy 2020!

Hello and Happy 2020! As of January 1, 2020, eligible California Medi-Cal providers can receive a $29 payment for conducting qualifying ACEs screenings for children and adults (through age 64) with full-scope Medi-Cal.

For this newsletter we’ve changed the format a bit to highlight information about ACEs screening and Medi-Cal reimbursement and California’s new ACEs Aware campaign.

ACEs Aware: Request for Proposal Issued – Applications Due on February 10, 2020: The bold goal of this initiative is to reduce ACEs and toxic stress by half in one generation, and to launch a national movement to ensure everyone is ACEs Aware.
