EAGLE Act Postponed!

The Eagle Act was pulled from the schedule last night and Majority Leader Hoyer's statement said: "Members are advised that the Chair has announced that further proceedings of H.R. 3648 -- EAGLE Act of 2022 will be postponed. The House is no longer expected to complete consideration of H.R. 3648."

The House can still bring the bill up for a vote anytime through January 2nd. We will be watching and ready to alert you if there is any sign of the bill re-emerging. But until then, thank you to each of you who have contributed to this fight!
