I anticipate that Judicial Watch will carry its largest and most important caseload in our 29-year history into 2023 and engage our full arsenal of research, investigations and litigation into critically important public policy fronts. Like this one:

We continue to lead in exposing the abuse of taxpayer dollars to spread poisonous Critical Race Theory (CRT) propaganda in our public institutions, including schools and our military.

Judicial Watch investigators first exposed shocking details about CRT in Virginia, Rhode Island, Maryland and Massachusetts…how it promotes Marxist ideology and a highly distorted and damaging view of American history to students as young as first-graders…

…then Judicial Watch lawyers began fighting for teachers’ First Amendment rights for those brave enough to dare criticize CRT! We settled our first lawsuit, in Massachusetts, and are now representing another Massachusetts teacher and a teacher in Illinois.

And through a successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, we forced the release of documents that provedCRT is part of the curriculum at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and we are pursuing similar lawsuits to uncover the extent to CRT propaganda at the U.S. Naval Academy and at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

And we continue to lead in the fight to keep our elections honest!

The Left is not giving up on its efforts to “federalize” our elections, shred the Constitution and give control over election management to career bureaucrats at the politicized Biden Justice Department…which is as committed as ever to suing states that have enacted commonsense, conservative election law reform. Incredible.

On the side of fair and honest elections, Judicial Watch lawyers and investigators are successfully pressuring states to follow federal law and make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate voter registration rolls…the best way we know of to prevent voter fraud.

Judicial Watch is proudly conservative, but we are also nonpartisan…just ask the Democrat and Republican state election officials we have taken to court over their failures to clean their voter rolls of ineligible voters! Our commitment is to keep our elections honest and conducted according to the rule of law.

We are currently in federal court with major lawsuits against Colorado, New York and Pennsylvania over their unlawful dirty voter rolls, and our election integrity team is reviewing federal and state data to determine if more states and counties need to be warned, and, if necessary prosecuted, by Judicial Watch. Stay tuned!

And as we have in 2022, we are also prepared to use the legal system to challenge liberal efforts to enact or make permanent electoral practices that are open invitations to voter fraud, like extending voting beyond the Election Day established by federal law (which we challenged in Illinois) and mail-in voting and same-day voter registration (which was overturned in Delaware, supported by a “friend of the court” brief filed by Judicial Watch).

Requests for help from citizens across the country on these matters are pressing….and I know you share my commitment to exposing the spread of CRT propaganda, keeping our elections honest, and forcing accountability when serious allegations of corruption are leveled at politicians in both political parties, including issues of Biden family corruption!
