Something BIG just happened in federal court.

We've filed a lawsuit on behalf of a pro-life nurse who was denied a teaching job for "being pro-life."

Similar to our case where a pro-life nurse was forced to assist in an abortion, it's hard to believe this kind of thing can even happen. But it does.

Now, we're fighting back. And in a major ruling, a federal judge just rejected the state university's attempt to have our case thrown out, finding instead that there was plenty of evidence for a jury to find that the head of the search committee (a former employee of Planned Parenthood) was "tying together 'being pro-life' with the 'inability to teach' at Indiana University - an animus deserving no place in hiring decisions at a prestigious state university."

Now the case goes to trial before a jury.

We'll be back in court to defend this nurse against this invidious pro-abortion discrimination. But we need you to stand with us to defend the rights of pro-life nurses nationwide.
