SAAF grantee partner spotlight: CIVISCE
CIVISCE staff and partners with Phonsina and Aung from the SAAF team
Clear Vision for Change (CIVISCE) works to improve the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and young people in Tanzania. They are based in Kigoma in the North-West of the country.
CIVISCE started their SAAF-funded work in October this year and will be working to prevent unsafe abortions in the Nyarugusu camp, the largest refugee camp in Tanzania and second largest in the world.
SAAF staff members were able to visit the small team at the end of November and saw the progress being made to equip partner organisations working in the camp to provide accurate, practical information and support on reproductive health.
SAAF is hosted by IPPF. If you wish to report anything which concerns you about our work, or the work of our grantee partners (such as abuse, fraud, malpractice) please consider using the confidential external incident reporting service IPPF SafeReport.
