Things are heating up here at Convention of States Action and our battle plan for 2023 is well underway. 

As of today, 43 states will kick off their legislative session in less than 45 days.  With 19 states already calling for an Article V convention, we’re well over halfway to the required 34-state threshold!

In fact, many states are preparing to make bold moves, as early as the first few weeks of January.  With the midterm elections now behind us and more pro-COS legislators in the states that we’re looking to pass the Resolution in, we’re poised and ready to implement the only constitutional solution to end federal overreach: an Article V Convention of States.

Our opposition has deep pockets and a powerful network of lobbyists that they will be sending into the state legislatures to subvert our efforts. We know the opposition will be fierce. They will try to undermine us at every turn.

That’s why it’s absolutely essential that we recruit and train even more activists to deploy into the state legislatures this legislative session. We must pull out every stop to unite our fellow liberty-loving Americans in the fight to take back the nation. 

We are the majority. And we need to show up in full force.

This is a critical time for the Convention of States movement, and our work is only possible because of support from generous patriots, like you.

As we approach the end of the year, will you help ensure our 2023 Victory Fund is locked and loaded as we work toward calling America’s first Article V convention and engage in other efforts across the country to rein in the federal government?
