In Virginia politics, there’s usually an “off season.”

Between the General Election in November and the start of the General Assembly session in January, most political organizations in the Commonwealth are able to take a breather – but not this year.

With special elections scheduled for the House of Delegates in HD-35, the Virginia Senate in SD-07, and U.S. House of Representatives in VA-04, there’s not a moment to rest here in Virginia.

These races will determine whether Democrats are able to advance meaningful progress over the next few years, or whether the GOP will be able to grind our progress to a halt – or even reverse it.
