I'm in Iowa all week and if it feels familiar, it's because I've lived this once before: a reckless foreign policy and the very last days before Iowa casts the first votes of the election season to pick a president who can end the chaos and put the world back together.

There are only 24 days until the Iowa Caucus. This election is too important to watch from the sidelines.

I'm asking you for a moment not to do that.

This is our final chance to defeat Donald Trump -- and I know my friend Joe is the best one for the job, and the best one to do the job when he wins. But he can only do it with your help.

When I won Iowa in 2004, it propelled our campaign on to New Hampshire and helped me win the Democratic nomination.

But it wasn't easy. It was hard as hell.

So we can't let Joe get outspent in these final days. Or else we might seriously live to regret it.

Donald Trump has behaved particularly irrationally in these last few weeks. We need to make sure we are running our strongest candidate against him -- and that's Joe Biden.

But first he needs to get through this long and expensive primary, and he needs your help.

I'm doing everything I can to help him. That's why I'm here riding the bus across Iowa and it's why I'll be back. I hope you feel you can say the same. All of us have to be all-in.
