It was only Cori’s first week in office when this attack happened. But Cori jumped into action immediately to introduce her first-ever piece of legislation calling for the expulsion of Republican insurrectionists from office.
The findings of the January 6 committee have proven that Donald Trump and top Republican officials were involved in the planning of the attack and just how close the insurrectionists were to Members of Congress.
