Far-right state delegate Marie March just pre-filed HB 1395, a bill for the upcoming General Assembly session that would make abortion in the Commonwealth illegal – without any exceptions.

When Roe was struck down this summer, Glenn Youngkin promised he’d sign “any bill to protect life.” It’s precisely what Youngkin and the VA GOP have been after this whole time.

We need your help. With the Special Election in SD-07, it’s more critical than ever that we raise the funds necessary to win that race and add another brick to the Senate Dems’ “brick wall,” definitively stopping Del. March’s extreme abortion ban before it ever lands on Glenn Youngkin’s desk.
