The Contracts and Procurement Division?s Office of Procurement Inclusion and Equity (PIE) helps lead the State?s effort to create a sustainable increase in the procurement of goods and services from small, minority, women, and veteran owned businesses (small and diverse businesses). This is accomplished by creating a culture of procurement inclusion and equity and by creating a pipeline of small and diverse businesses to meet the state?s purchasing needs. ?

In this role, you will use your technical knowledge and skills to lead the state?s effort to implement the Supplier Diversity Policy and other supplier diversity best practices within the state. This will result in the increased utilization of small, diverse, and veteran businesses. You will coordinate within DES and then with other agencies to fully implement the new practices and reporting requirements in the Supplier Diversity Policy. You will also create policies, guidance, trainings and processes as needed and share information across the enterprise. ?
