New *Administrative Rule and
**Applications Specialist*

Please join us in congratulating OAH's new* Administrative Rule and Applications Specialist*, William Moore.
In this brand-new role, William will coordinate rulemaking at OAH. He will manage the eComments system until the new public comment portal is complete, and be a key contact for agency rule writers responsible for proposed rules under OAH review. He will also assist with fiscal notes, communications, and maintaining OAH websites.
William joined OAH in January 2019 as a Workers' Compensation Intake Processor. In June 2021, he began serving as the Administrative Law Docket Coordinator, scheduling proceedings across OAH's Administrative Law division and assisting with the eComments system. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota.
Within OAH, William is known for his attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and his exceptional customer service and communication skills. Outside the office, William enjoys exploring the Twin Cities culinary scene and spending quality time with his family and his dog.
William began his new role on December 7, 2022. William is based at OAH's St. Paul office.
