Hey John, Believe it or not, we’re already halfway through December! The end of 2022 is only two weeks away, and so is our End-of-Year fundraising deadline. You might be wondering why we’re asking for donations since the November election ended. Well, a campaign doesn’t end once we win — in fact, our work is just getting started. While Gabe goes to Washington to fight for the best interests of NM-02’s working families, we have to rebuild our campaign infrastructure and start preparing for the 2024 race, especially since this one was so close and Yvette Herrell has already filed for a rematch! For the voters of New Mexico’s Second District, it is not enough to campaign immediately before an election — we are working to build a 365-days-a-year presence so we can hold this seat next election and for years to come! It takes resources to keep our campaign active and continue reaching out to New Mexicans where they’re at. That’s why we’ve set a goal of raising $25,000 before the year ends at midnight on December 31.
