If we’re going to send Sherrod back to the Senate so he can continue delivering for Ohio workers, then we all need to talk to our friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors about what’s at stake in the coming elections. Social media is one of our best tools to do that. [[link removed]]
We know what you might be thinking -- isn’t 2024 a ways off? But here’s the thing: We can’t afford to wait to get started. We need to start building our grassroots network now, because 2024 is going to be even tougher than 2022.
POLITICO called the 2024 map “brutal” for Democrats. The New York Times called it “highly unfavorable.”
Sherrod is one of three Democrats up for re-election in states Trump won in 2020, and Fox News says Republicans have “set their sights” on this critical Senate race.
It’s going to be tough, but if we talk to voters in every corner of the state about Sherrod and his fight for the Dignity of Work, we can do this. That’s how Sherrod won in the past, and that’s what it’s going to take to win in 2024, too.
