Gov. Ron DeSantis Calls for Grand Jury Investigation into COVID-19 Vaccines

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Tuesday formally announced a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate “any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to COVID-19 vaccines.”

DeSantis said this process would provide mechanisms to procure more data and legal accountability for those who have committed misconduct.

“In Florida, you know, it is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug,” DeSantis said.

DeSantis made the announcement during a roundtable featuring censored COVID-19 experts, including physicians and scientists who signed the Great Barrington Declaration advocating against unscientific pandemic measures.

According to The Washington Post, DeSantis’s press office accused pharmaceutical companies and the Biden administration of pushing the shots “through relentless propaganda while ignoring real-life adverse events,” which is absolutely true.

DeSantis, in a tweet, said he would hold the medical establishment accountable by creating a grand jury to investigate mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and vaccine makers, cardiac-related deaths tied to the shots and will form a public health integrity committee to oversee the medical establishment.

DeSantis said the new public health committee would be led by Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, who took a stand against recommending COVID-19 shots for kids and published concerning data on COVID-19 vaccines and myocarditis — a type of inflammation that causes heart damage. In addition, Ladapo said the state would work with the University of Florida to study autopsy results of individuals who died suddenly after receiving COVID-19 vaccines.

As expected, corporate media is trying desperately to put DeSantis, a popular potential 2024 Presidental contender, in the “anti-vaxxer” box — their best shot at protecting their friends at Pfizer and Moderna. Puns intended.
