Every month, we set fundraising goals based on the resources we need to build a campaign that can help Josh take on the tough fights and stop MAGA extremists from rolling back our progress in North Carolina. If we’re still pacing behind our budgets at the mid-month mark, it’s extremely difficult to catch up.

I just ran our fundraising numbers for December, and team, we’re behind. To make up the difference, we need to bring in $6,000 by Friday.

Once we finalize our numbers and send our finance report to the state board of elections at the end of the year, our fundraising efforts from the last six months will be made public for all to see – and everyone from pundits to GOP super PACs alike will be looking for signs of weakness. 

We’ve been hard at work preparing for 2023 because we know the fights ahead will be critical to the future of North Carolina. But to make these plans a reality, we must ensure we have the resources to respond to anything that’s thrown our way, and that starts with meeting our fundraising goals.
