About the job

The Real Estate Services division is hiring a Property & Acquisition Specialist 4. In this role, you will conduct complex real estate negotiations on behalf of state agencies, boards and commissions in line with the State Agency Housing regulations. You will conduct negotiations on real estate transactions and provide technical assistance regarding real estate topics.  You will also have the opportunity to lead projects and work as a key member of collaborative project teams.
