they get it done!

Marijuana criminalization has been used as a tool
to incarcerate and oppress communities of color. According to the ACLU, Black
Americans are 3.6 times more likely to be arrested than white Americans despite
similar consumption rates.

That’s why Our Revolution is thrilled that the Senate is considering marijuana
reform as part of the end-of-the-year legislative session, including
expungements for previous convictions and normalizing adult-use programs now
active in 21 states by providing access to banking.

Our Revolution groups fought hard to pass marijuana legalization proposals in
Arizona, New Jersey, and other states, and now we need your help to demand the
Senate take action nationally.
