With antisemitism on the rise, there is a need for our programming, now more than ever.
99% of young adults will never travel to any of the major Holocaust museums, at the Anne Frank Center, we bring the education to them in their own communities.
In 2022, we operated programs in 12 states, educating over 40,000 students and young adults. We want to do even more in 2023!!
Recent data shows the significant impact of the work: Impact on social attitudes:
Young people of different ethnic groups, genders and religions all make significant progress.
Young people with the most negative attitudes make the greatest progress.
Impact on knowledge and understanding:
Nearly three-quarters (73.1%) make significant progress in their knowledge about prejudice.
More than two thirds (67.6%) become better able to recognize prejudice.
The Anne Frank Center is Empowering Communities: Outbound Education is our focus.
We go directly into communities across the country where there is a need to learn.
Diffusion of Humanity is our mission.
Our programs teach young adults how to have compassion, empathy, and tolerance.
