About the job
The Real Estate Services division is hiring a Property & Acquisition Specialist 1. In this role, you will assist in the performance of the acquisition of leased properties on behalf of State agencies, Boards, and Commissions. You will assist with preparing market research, developing solicitations for new space, organizing site tours, and other tasks related to the acquisition of new space and lease renewals. You will also support leasing agents with activities such as lease negotiations, relocation assistance, title examination, and/or property inspection.
