Sign the petition for the U.S. Senate to investigate this Supreme Court

Politico reports that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh attended a Christmas party with Trump inner-circle white supremacists Stephen Miller and Sebastian Gorka, disgraced Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, Newsmax's Sean Spicer and Greta van Susteren, and Republican operative and Blackwater founder Erik Prince.

SIGN ON: "This Supreme Court is increasingly facing a legitimacy crisis. The U.S. Senate must launch a full investigation and take steps to restore the American people’s trust and confidence in the Supreme Court."

Next year, Kavanaugh will rule on high-stakes cases that could massively increase the power of Republican legislatures to subvert elections, block the President's student-debt relief plan, slash LGBTQ+ rights, gut the ability of government agencies to fight climate change, and more.

Rulings by this court striking down abortion rights, voting rights protections, common-sense state and local gun regulations, federal action to combat climate change, and more -- against the will of the people -- have shaken the American people’s confidence in this Court and our democracy overall.

We have an ongoing campaign drawing attention to the Court's increasing legitimacy crisis. Everyone from Senator Elizabeth Warren to new House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries has worked with us to educate the public and increase the pressure on this extreme Court. By signing, you'll be joining this ongoing campaign.

Sign on here.

We will share the support for this petition with the media, the White House, and key allies in Congress.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
