Today, the President signed the Respect for Marriage Act, a landmark civil rights bill. The Respect for Marriage Act ensures that all states must recognize marriages between same-sex and interracial couples, protecting civil rights against any potential assaults from the GOP-led Supreme Court.
While this is a terrific leap forward in protecting the civil rights of same-sex and interracial couples, there’s still lots of work to do. Will you chip in to help Democrats win in Virginia and continue to advance policies that support LGBTQ individuals?
