Justice Clarence Thomas is facing calls for his recusal on any cases involving the 2020 election and the January 6th insurrection. Here’s why:

It was reported that his wife, right-wing activist Ginni Thomas, made several attempts to interfere with the results of the 2020 election – directly contacting Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and lawmakers in key states!

Justice Thomas dissented from a Supreme Court ruling forcing the Arizona GOP chair to turn over her phone records to the Jan 6th Committee.

And leaked emails from Trump’s lawyers revealed that Trump’s team saw Justice Thomas as their “only chance” to get a favorable judicial decision before Jan 6th.

Justice Thomas’ crystal-clear conflict of interest could jeopardize any attempt to hold those responsible accountable for the Jan 6th attack. That’s why we’re asking DC Democrats for their input on whether Justice Thomas should recuse himself. Let us know what you think:
