I've been excited to see all the headlines finally recognizing young people for their near-record numbers this past election cycle – including last week's Georgia runoff! 

The incredible power of the youth vote is what gives me hope for the future of our democracy. Take a look at some of these headlines!

The youth turnout rate was the second highest for a midterm election in the last three decades, and it determined the outcome in key races across the country. While these results are an incredible feat to be celebrated, the reality is that we still have a long way to go in terms of building up young people’s political power — especially as we gear up for 2024.

To avoid losing the amazing momentum we’ve helped to build for young voters, Rock the Vote has launched 2024 Starts Now — our end-of-year campaign to empower young people to make moves again in 2024 and become lifelong voters.
