About the job
In this role, you will serve as the first line of contact, resolving issues and complaints as well as responding to customer requests for information regarding claims, litigation and insurance. You will perform routine clerical tasks and complex administrative tasks such as, responding to inquiries regarding claim status and/or the claim processes; helping to plan and organizing large meetings and webinars; coordinating and ordering office supplies; creating certificates of insurance and invoices; entering vehicle accident reports; updating vehicle recoveries; and assisting division staff with a variety of other administrative projects.
