Today is your final chance to submit a comment <[link removed]> opposing Biden’s foolish labor regulations.

Biden is trying to implement a regulation that would reshape the nature of work for tens of millions of Americans and in many cases would put people out of work.

This regulation would force independent workers such as truck drivers, freelancers, uber drivers, and more into an “employer-employee” relationship. This would affect the estimated 59 million <[link removed]> workers currently engaged in the “gig” economy.
This rule would take away the very things that makes independent work so attractive to millions of Americans including:



- Flexible hours
- The ability to pick their clients
- Freelancing for multiple companies, instead of being contractually obliged to only work for one
- Greater ability to pursue the work and projects the worker finds most engaging
- Work options outside of traditional employment (32 million of independent workers say <[link removed]> that they are unable to work for a traditional employer because of personal circumstances such as health issues or child care needs.)
