Last night, the Fourth Congressional District Democratic Committee voted unanimously to hold a Firehouse Primary to determine its nominee for the upcoming Special Election to fill the unexpired term of the late Congressman A. Donald McEachin.

In order to meet the time constraints of the Governor’s writ of election while operating a transparent, open, and fair election, the Firehouse Primary will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

A party-run primary election like this one takes a lot of resources and requires the support of the state party – can we count on you to help support DPVA’s efforts to run a fair, open, and expedient primary?
