Colorado’s secretary of state just announced the results of our recount. As we
expected a minimal number of votes changed, and the results have been upheld.
The final result was a loss by a mere 546 votes out of the 327,133 votes cast,
a change of only a net 4 votes from the recount. Given the expectations by
press and pundits were a loss of around 10%, we all should be proud of the work
and effort. It also goes to show the Colorado election process is rock solid.

Good evening –

Colorado’s secretary of state just announced the results of our recount. As we

The final result was a loss by a mere 546 votes out of the 327,133 votes cast,

We want to thank you again for your help, support, and encouragement over the
past months. Without it, we could not have gotten as close as we did. I am
going to spend the holidays enjoying quality time with my family and reflecting
on the past few months but expect me to be back in touch early next year. Here
is a link to the press release that just went out from our team.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season.

With Gratitude -

Adam

Colorado Secretary of State Certifies Election Results in 3rd Congressional
District Following Conclusion of Mandatory Recount
Frisch Affirms Election Results, Thanks Election Workers and Supporters, and
Celebrates Moral Victory in CO-3

Woody Creek, CO – Today, the Colorado Secretary of State’s office certified
the election results in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District between incumbent
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and challenger Adam Frisch after a mandatory recount
in the country’s closest congressional race and the only uncalled election in
the country. As expected, the recount did not result in significant changes in
the initial vote tally. Boebert barely eeked out a win with just 546 votes more
than Frisch in a district that favors Republicans by 9 percentage points.

Colorado state laws mandate a recount when a margin of victory in an election
is less than or equal to 0.5% of the winner's vote, although recounts don’t
typically change more than a handful of votes. Frisch conceded the race 10 days
after election day after the initial count of votes showed him 550 behind
Boebert.

“First, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to my supporters as well as
those who worked hard to ensure this election and recount was conducted in a
fair, accurate, and highly transparent manner,” Frisch said. “That includes the
27 county clerks in this district who assembled bipartisan teams to oversee the
process and the hundreds of volunteers who graciously lent their time to help
ensure every vote was counted. I honor and accept the certified results of the
Colorado Secretary of State and wholeheartedly affirm the sanctity of Colorado
elections.

“While we hoped for a different outcome, we defied incredible odds with the
closeness of this race and delivered a moral victory for the people of CO-3,
many of whom crossed party lines to reject extremism with their vote,” Frisch
said.“We showed the nation that extremist politicians are not invincible, and
that we can come together to have real conversations about issues that are
important to our families, our businesses, and our communities. I am confident
that the coalition of Democrats, Republicans, and unaffiliated voters we built
throughout this campaign to reject hate and extremism in Southern and Western
Colorado will grow into the future.”

Frisch, an conservative businessman and former city councilor from Colorado’s
Western Slope, won widespread support from across the political spectrum
throughout his campaign. Election prognosticators and pundits did not consider
the race for CO-3 to be competitive, particularly after a redistricting process
that ultimately favored Republicans in the district by 9 percentage points.

Frisch logged over 24,000 miles traveling the district and holding public town
halls. On his final tour, he made over 100 stops in 11 days, visiting all 27
counties in the district and hitting 3 state lines.
