Dear friend, 

Marjorie Taylor Greene brought her incendiary language to the New York Young Republicans Club's gala on Park Avenue on Sunday night when she claimed that if she organized the January 6th insurrection, she would have been armed, and she would have won. 

It's the latest in her pattern of down-playing the violence — and it's a slap in the face to everyone who risked, or gave, their life to keep us safe. 

It's also yet another sign that New York Republicans are getting increasingly radical. We saw it when Lee Zeldin won the nomination and ran on Trump's coattails, and we saw it again on Sunday when Marjorie Taylor Greene's blatant disregard for democracy was met with cheers.
