As this session of Congress comes to a close, it's time to double down on the importance of judicial nominations. Join us in calling on the U.S. Senate to make judicial confirmations a top priority and to insist that all judicial nominees awaiting full Senate action are confirmed this year while senators work through other key legislative issues.
It is incredibly important to move swiftly to confirm all judicial nominees who are or will be awaiting full Senate action by the end of the 117th Congress. The work to confirm judicial nominees is one foundational aspect of restoring and protecting our rights for decades down the road. With this in mind, the Senate must make judicial confirmations a top priority so we can continue building a judiciary that lives up to its promise of equal justice under law.
