– We exposed a dark money group tied to conservative judicial activist and longtime Federalist Society executive Leonard Leo that entered the 2022 midterms with a war chest of more than $202 million.
– We even had our Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel Donald Sherman testify before the House Judiciary Committee, urging the committee to require the Supreme Court to create a Code of Conduct since justices continue to rule on cases where they have a clear conflict of interest.
