December 9, 2022 - 20003-214-ER-22 (Record No. 17072) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Cheyenne Light or the Company) for a general rate increase of $15,366,023 per annum and authority to revise its Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) Mechanism. The public hearing is set to commence on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission?s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
