Hi John,

Dream.Org’s Green For All team was on the ground at the recent 27th
Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on
Climate Change (COP27) in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt.

COP27 is meant to find global solutions to a global crisis, and Green For
All was able to show that embracing common ground can help us find
equitable climate solutions. Our team also further deepened our knowledge
on how to build a more efficient climate movement going forward.

Green For All made a splash at COP27, facilitating bipartisan
conversations at the Building Bridges on Climate Change Summit, where we
demonstrated to world leaders that only by working with unlikely allies
and talking through disagreements can we find agreement and a path forward
on implementing climate solutions.

Our Green For All team didn’t just teach, they also learned a lot about
the state of the global climate movement, and left COP27 with three key
takeaways:

 1. Climate change movements in the global North have a lot to learn from
the global South.
 2. Climate change is a bipartisan issue globally and should be in the
U.S.
 3. Public-private partnerships tied with community vision are necessary
to finance climate and clean energy infrastructure in the U.S. and
worldwide.
