into the water for the very first time. As the tiny animal takes its first bite,
it doesn’t realize that it’s not food -- it’s actually TOXIC plastic debris that can KILL this innocent newborn turtle.

Scientists are discovering that more and more baby sea turtles are ingesting dangerous levels of hazardous plastics. That’s no surprise given that 88% of the ocean’s surface is contaminated by, killing OVER A MILLION marine animals every year. Now, experts predict there will be MORE PLASTIC THAN FISH in the sea by 2050. Plastics are ANNIHILATING our oceans and rapidly consuming our planet.
