Thank you for all your prayers and financial support. If you have already sent us a gift in response to our current Christmas appeal, please feel free to ignore this email. We are sending this out as a kind reminder to those supporters who have not yet given but may want the opportunity to join us in a special gift at this time of year.
Stores everywhere are geared up to entice us to buy Christmas presents to give away! Sadly, most people forget the most valuable gift, even though Jesus is the real reason for Christmas. "Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!" 2 Corinthians 9:15
This gift is Jesus, given to humans by God the Father so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. Jesus is the greatest gift, and we at AE celebrate Him by bringing more people to Jesus.
Our teams are currently working on the City-Wide Missions in Adama, Ethiopia (19 – 25 December). Unfortunately, due to a lack of funds, the Atakpame, Togo mission has had to be postponed from November 2022 to February 2023. Please pray that many thousands will attend the Adama and the Atakpame missions, that people will repent and confess Jesus as Lord and Saviour, and that they may be received with joy by the local churches and be lovingly discipled.
While we prepare for these Missions, much is also happening in the other nine countries we serve. We have just received a report from Ethiopia where African Enterprise is working alongside local churches across that nation to strive to disciple 20,000 students. Over 16,000 students from grade 5 through high school and university have already been trained! Student comments:

"It has rescued me from living as a nominal Christian… I have realised that sharing the Gospel with non-believing friends is our prime calling" - Misgana, grade 10 student.
This Christmas season, we thank you for all your gifts this year. You came alongside us, contributing in prayers and finance as our teams gave the Good News of Jesus to many thousands
This appeal focuses on non-tax deductible funding because our budget indicates that we will be forced to significantly reduce the evangelism and training funds we send to Africa. We would be grateful if you sent us a gift of any size to help the ministry continue to reach many for Christ Jesus. If you have already given following other correspondence you received from us, we want to thank you in advance for partnering with us as we continue to impact Africa with the Gospel of Christ.
We pray that the Lord will bring great joy and peace to you and your family as you celebrate Jesus Christ's birth in the world about 2000 years ago.
